What You Need
- 1 – 1 1/2 dozen creamer potatoes
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed rosemary
Preheat oven to 350F. Prick creamers all over with fork. Place in large freezer bag. Add all the other ingredients. Seal and shake until the potatoes are completely coated. Pour potatoes onto a large baking sheet. Roast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. When the fork slides gently into potatoes with little effort, your roasted potatoes are done.
